Couple of days ago, Tollywood's Superstar Mahesh Babu announced that apart from Burripalem, which he adopted after being inspired by AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu's Smart Village initiative, he will also adopt a village in the most backward district in Telangana, Mahabubnagar. Mahesh even revealed that he took the decision to adopt a Telangana village upon the suggestion made by the state's IT & Panchayat Raj Minister KTR.
As per the latest reports, Mahesh Babu will visit the Chinthalakunta village of Gattu Mandal in Mahabubnagar on the 29th of this month to check out the possibilities of adopting the village. Close sources also say that Mahesh will be accompanied by KTR himself during his visit to Chinthalakunta. KTR has been extensively touring across Telangana for the state government's ambitious Grama Jyothi program.
Meanwhile, Mahesh is currently busy planning out the ways to adopt and develop his native village Burripalem. Mahesh Babu has already been appreciated by the who's who of both the states' political and film personalities and once he adopts both the promised villages and develops them into smart villages, he will surely gain a huge goodwill among the people from both the regions.
