Released around 2 weeks ago, Energetic Star Ram's summer wholesome entertainer Pandaga Chesko took a flying start at the ticket counters, braving the intense media criticism for the lack of novelty in the script and being a routine commercial potboiler. The film registered solid 1st week collections and looked all set to become a box-office winner.
However, looks like Ram has an intense test ahead to celebrate the festival heartily. As per the trade analysts, Pandaga Chesko collected close to 13.2 crores in its 12 day run. The film has already been declared a loss venture in the overseas and in the Telugu states, it is limping to breakeven. As per the buzz, Pandaga Chesko's worldwide theatricals are valued at 16 crores.
As per the present status, Pandaga Cheso is poised for a breakeven status in some areas, while it will be a disappointing venture for the buyers in many areas in AP, Nizam abnd Ceded. While the film is already, the new releases, Kerintha, Jyothi Lakshmi and Lava Kusa are posing a huge threat to Pandaga Chesko's bleak chances.
